Freak show or thought-provoking? Alien abuctions are… weird.

According to Wikipedia, the term alien abduction describe
subjectively real memories of being taken secretly against one’s will by apparently nonhuman entities and subjected to complex physical and psychological procedures.
And by just reading that description, one understands why this phenomenon might be considered a bit iffy. Truth to be told, if you ask me, I’d say that most abduction stories are nothing more than, well, stories. That said, some are quite intriguing. The Travis Walton story, for example.
Today, the Raw File over at Wired runs a story about abductees — Cat People, Strippers and Telekinesis: Tales From Alien Abductees. Whether you believe in alien abduction or not, it’s a pretty interesting read with some nice portraits of abductees. Check it out.
