This video was recorded in France, April 10th 2012. Sometimes it looks like a reflection but then I can't explain the movements. What do you think of this one?

Someone on youtube theorizes that it could be a spotlight. Kinda looks like it to me.

Or it's a fake one kind of looks like cgi to me. Other videos from the smae user looks like fake too...
