Cylindrical UFO Caught On March 11 2013 Very Impressive Metallic Object. Is it Government Technology or something out of this world? Or is it a Solar Balloon checkout this link for pic's of Solar Balloons. If it is a solar baloon how is it not littering for one and a danger to air traffic another.

Hey d, this is an old video that dates back to at least 2011. It was supposedly filmed somewhere in the UK.

strange cylinder unidentified object. ufo in full hd 1080p. Strange cylinder shaped ufo uk 2011! I was sat in my back garden when i noticed this. Some people have mentioned it may be a balloon of some sort, but it was a windy day and it hovered for a while then disappeared.
