Super bright UFO over Lee Country, Florida

Any ideas about this one? It's super bright and flying slowly, not a meteorite. Its cloudy too, so I don't think it's something reflecting sunlight. What could it be?

My first thought is that it's a plane coming down with its landing lights on. The camera makes it look brighter than it really is.

But it's so round! but maybe you're right that the camera amplifies the lights....
