The correct geolocation is in decimal degrees and it should read(as John said): 52.0942532N, 1.3131269. As a trained mapmaker and familiar with planetary code, the planetary geocode has specified the longitudinal location to automatically be placed to the East, toward the sunrise. The registers in a computer would be loaded from right to left at a set number of decimal points, in this case 7. This means the longitude should be 1.3131269, and to the East. Using this geocode places the location to within feet of the Woodbridge City Hall/Museum parking lot at an accuracy of a few feet. This can be no simple coincidence. This would be a logical waypoint. Waypoint to what? On a course from there of 66.6 degrees at 8100 meters is the threshold of the runway next to the nuclear storage bunkers of the Bentwaters airbase. Other reports have placed UFOs over these bunkers a few days from the incident in Rendelsham Forest. This makes sense, pointing to a sunken island makes no sense.

When info fits or “works out”, it is highlighted,
But all else is omitted.
There is a biotech company outside of Berlin

OK, this is one to think about, the following is binary coding from the Caldbeck UFO crash back in 1954, which was also written down after the crash from a witness.

Once you have done that on Google Earth, you will notice the shape as an obelisk, now draw diagonal lines from

54°54’54.54″N 0° 0’0.00″E to 45°45’45.45″N 45°45’45.45″W

You will now notice that Caldbeck is 13 mile from the line, and Rosslyn is 13 mile from the line in the UK
You will also notice that in Nova Scotia Kolbec and Roslin, are 1.3 mile from each other.

This is not all, but enough for now.

Oh yes I forgot to mention, the Rosslyn co-ordinates that are on the Arecibo and not the Rendlesham, is 13 miles from the Apprentice pillar in the chapel, which reports the double helix same as the Arecibo, and also look at the Rosslyn Matrix and the obilsk.

It's a good question. I'm no expert myself, but was rather trying to understand how the discrepancy in location came about. Without messing with any conversion tools, this is what I've found out. The Ancient Aliens people use these coordinates: 52.0942532 N, 13.131269 W Ms. Howe's experts got these instead: 52.0942532 N, 1.3131269 E The decimal has moved and West has magically become East, or vice versa. Ms. Howe claims it's due to difficulties in discerning the numbers, but who knows.

Mind you that I’m not familiar with using coordinate systems.

So why is the conversion necessary, since the message specifically shows the decimal values. If the creators of the message wanted to show degrees wouldn’t they have used degrees?

I think this experts are messing with 1 and 0′s to get a situation were it doesn’t point to that location in the sea. The 1 AND 0 on the pages I saw are clearly visible to me, you can’t mistake a 1 for a 0 that makes no sense at all, but if you starting putting in decimal points were you feel they should be, you’ll get all different co-ordinates which defeats the purpose of it all.

All we know for certain the co-ordinates are going to point to a location in the British isles, but until other experts prove these co-ordinates are wrong the original, and is showing a logical reason for why there wrong. I think we have to go with the original theory to were these co-ordinates point to!
